Garbanzo Beans

The perfect ingredient to go from health amateur to pro, these beans provide protein and fiber which make them highly digestible and energizing. Magnesium for relaxation, potassium for heart health, saponins and B vitamins for anti-cancer, many believe garbanzo beans can help with these things!

Lemons/Raw Lemon Juice
